Photography Tip
Thinking about selling your home and wondering what you need to do to get ready? Today's homebuyers spend time at their computers before ever hitting the streets. They look at pictures online and decide which homes to visit by what they see. A picture is worth a thousand words, but they can also be deceiving! My favorite tip is for homeowners to go around their house with their digital camera and take pictures of every room from different angles. Download them to your computer and look at them from the eyes of the buyer. You will be amazed at what you see! You might not notice that stool you keep under the bed, but you sure see it in the photo! A dust ruffle would be a quick and easy fix for this storage eyesore. Prioritize your "to do" list by what looks the worst in the pictures.
